Mark Reynolds started Bright Force Electrical in 2014 after 10 years working for larger electrical contractors across Essex. He wanted to build something different — a business where customers dealt directly with the person doing the work, where quality was never compromised, and where the word of a local tradesman still meant something.
What started as a one-man operation quickly grew through word of mouth. By 2018, Mark had taken on his first member of staff. Today the team is five strong, covering the full range of domestic electrical work across Chelmsford, Colchester, Brentwood, Basildon, and surrounding areas.
Mark still attends most jobs personally, and every member of the team is NICEIC registered and fully qualified. The business is built on the simple principle that if you do good work and treat people fairly, everything else takes care of itself.

Mark has been a qualified electrician for over 20 years and founded Bright Force Electrical in 2014. He attends most jobs personally and holds NICEIC approval and OZEV authorisation for EV charger installations.
Jamie joined Bright Force in 2018 after completing his apprenticeship. He specialises in domestic rewiring and consumer unit upgrades and is a qualified NICEIC registered electrician.
Sam joined in 2021 and is our EV charger specialist, handling the majority of our EV installations across Essex. He is OZEV-authorised and holds the relevant EV charging qualifications.
